Shipping Information

All our orders are shipped with FedEx Express and provide shipping updates by SMS/Email. We ship across the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and other international destinations. 

• Europe: 3-5 days

• UK/USA/Canada: 3-5 days

• Rest of the world: 5-7 days

All our product are shipped from our distribution partners located in Bankeryd, Sweden.

To track your order you can either register an account with us where you can review the progress of your order or by selecting your courier below, all your shipping details will be sent to you by Email once your order has been processed.

International orders outside of the EU may be subject to customs duties & taxes. This means that all applicable taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price when you place an order with us and there may be additional costs due upon delivery. Savantist has no control over these charges and can't advise on the amount as these are determined by your local customs authority. If you require more information regarding customs duties & import taxes, please contact your local customs office/tax authority.

Refunds & Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can always return it. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. Please note that our goods are exported from our distributors' across Europe.

Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and remain in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. The return address can be found on the invoice of your order, addressed & fulfilled by our partner distributor's across Europe.

Refunds: Once our supplier has received your item, it will undergo quality inspection and will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
